Exchanges (One-Time Free Exchange)
We understand that sizing can be tricky when ordering tap shoes online. That’s why we offer a one-time free exchange for a different size — no restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the original pair back to our supplier, Dancing Fair.
- The replacement pair will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
- Shoes must be returned in brand new, unused condition — free of scuffs, dirt, or signs of wear. Shoes that show any signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.
Returns (When Necessary)
If you need to return your shoes for any reason (other than an exchange), you may do so under the following conditions:
- Returns must be pre-approved and include a Return Authorization (RA) form provided by TITN.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the shoes.
- Returned shoes must be in brand new condition, with no signs of wear, scuffing, or dirt.
- Once the return is received and approved, a store credit will be issued. Refunds are not available for tap shoes due to customization.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
- Contact us at Registration@TapIntoTheNetwork.com to request an exchange or return.
- For exchanges, we will confirm sizing and issue a Return Authorization (RA) form that must be included in your return shipment.
- Shoes returned without an RA form will not be processed.
Important Notes
- All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

For Women:
- Order ½ size smaller than your regular street shoe size.
- Shoe widths run true to size (a medium foot should order a medium width, wide foot orders wide, etc.).
For Men:
- Order 1 full size larger than your regular street shoe size.
- Men should also order one width wider than usual.
For example, if you normally wear a Men’s Medium, order a Wide.
